I love mint chocolate ice cream and was on a quest to create my own—high-protein of course! oh and bonus! if you have a creamy, this recipe is so easy. and oh so delicious. that thick creamy ice cream texture really does make everything better! so here ya go!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cup protein chocolate milk

  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract

  • 1 serving collagen powder (we love ancient nutrition collagen!)

  • 2 thin mint cookies (to mix-in)

INSTRUCTIONS

all you need to do is add everything into your creami cup and let it sit in the freezer. so! add your chocolate milk, peppermint extract, and collagen powder into the creami container, stir it together, and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours. we like to make ours the night before and have it the next day.

once it’s frozen, let it sit out for ~10-15 minutes then place it in the creami maker and hit the ice cream button.

once that’s done, remove the cup, add a little liquid (you can use milk, nut milk, or water) and your thin mint cookies then hit re-spin.

+ voila! you have some delicious mint chocolate ice cream!
