The Lioness Academy is adapting a new form of training specifically for women. Incorporating all aspects of movement not just one domain.

Training that focuses on both our bodies and our minds. Movement is a fundamental aspect of life, and doesn’t just apply to exercise. Movement can heal our bodies & our minds.

Movement is also a form of expression and should be done daily. 

Intuitive training is listening to our bodies and what we need.

Training doesn’t mean we have to beat the crap out of bodies to feel good, quite the opposite really.

Women’s bodys regulate their hormones every 28 days and this definitely plays a part in the way we should be listening to our bodies. Women are complex and when we get in touch with our needs we can truly become the best version of ourselves.
