back again with another series of journal prompts to help guide you in your journaling journey! this one is all about helping us manage our emotions. there are times when we feel these big emotions and aren’t certainly sure why, how to properly express them, or how to fully feel them. below are a few prompts to help you understand and work through these feelings you’re having:
