10 minute arm toning workout

oof this one is a doozy! this one is for when you’re in a time crunch and/or you want a quick burn. 10 minutes may sound like a small amount of time but trust us, you’ll be wishing it was less when you try this toner. it’s gonna burn but it’s gonna go by so quick so it all evens out. all you need is a set of light dumbbells—anywhere from ~2-12lb depending on your strength should do it!

10 MINUTE TABATA

60 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest

  • front raises

  • lateral raises

  • elevated bicep curls

  • tricep kickbacks

  • upright rows

  • overhead triceps

  • bicep curl to shoulder press
