hey hey hey lioness! we’re bringing you another killer resistance band workout. and of course we’re using our very own lioness booty bands, so grab your set and let’s go!

the warm-up

3 sets, 30 seconds each

  • high knees

  • butt kicks

  • toy soldiers

  • walking lunges

the work

15 minute tabata :: 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest

  • narrow banded squat :: light or dark blue band just above the knees

  • side steps :: light or dark blue band just above the knees

  • donkey kicks :: dark blue band just above the knees

  • fire hydrants :: dark blue band just above the knees

  • cha-cha’s :: pink booty band just above the ankles
