    • and—what do you love most? why?

  • personality traits you like about yourself

  • physical traits you like about yourself

  • explain how loving yourself can help you with your goals

  • what does self-love mean to you?

  • write down what are you grateful your body can do and why?

  • reflect on a recent success and what it says about your character

  • reflect on people in your life who truly matter

    • how can you feel their love?

  • write down your perfect day—what are you wearing, what’s the weather like, what are you eating, where are you? remember to include all the things you love.

if you’re writing to your future self, consider including these:

  • how can you bring more joy into your life?

  • what you’re looking forward to this next year

  • what you hope happens in this next year (personal, financial, career, etc!)

  • your current favorite quote or a quote that describes how you feel in this phase of your life

  • your current 1 year, 5 year, and 10 year plan/goals
