walking lunges 

runners lunge with t-spine rotation

buy-in

250 kettlebell swings

  • if you drop the weight you do 10 v-ups & 10 push ups

the circuit

4 rounds for time

20 squats (light weight but at least barbell)

15 hamstring roll-outs w med ball

12 (each side) Bulgarian split squats

Rest 1-2 minutes if you wish

the finisher

2 rounds

2 minutes walking lunges

30 sec wall sit

& as always, don’t forget to stretch, roll-out, or both! whatever feels good to you !
