journal prompt :: personal mid-year review

did you set any new year’s resolutions? goals for 2023? were you hoping to create and stick to new habits for this year? kick any old ones? did you take the time to address areas in your life that you wanted to work on? did you create a vision board for 2023? well, believe it or not it’s JULY (!!!) which means we’re already halfway done with 2023. wowee! how can that be?? time sure flies when you’re havin’ fun. but with all that, we like to take this chance to sit down and journal out where we’re at right now. have we stuck with those goals that we originally set-out to do? have we forgotten about it? are there any new goals or areas of improvement since January? well, now’s the time to journal it all out. you can write and reflect on your own, or we’ve prepared some journaling questions for you to get you going. don’t feel obligated to answer all of them, just answer the ones that call to you. maybe you’ll answer one question really in-depth, maybe you’ll decide to answer them all! it’s up to you. but answer with intention and really give it some good thought. we suggest giving yourself at least 20 minutes to write and reflect.

  • what have I fulfilled from my vision board so far? what can I accomplish from there next?

  • what does the best version of myself look like? what does it feel like? how do I become them? what does my daily life look like as the best version of myself? what habits do they have?
